1. Bookings

a. Booking Process: All bookings must be made through our website, by phone, or in person. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking only through the website. Please check your details carefully as we are not responsible for errors during the booking process.

b. Same-Day Bookings: A same-day rebooking fee of 100 SEK will apply to any reservations made on the day of the activity.

c. Minimum Age Requirement: Participants under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

2. Payments

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept Swish and Card. All payments are processed securely.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

a. Cancellation Fees:

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking are subject to a fee of 350 SEK.

b. Refund Eligibility:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be refunded.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking will be eligible for a refund but would be required to pay 350 SEK cancelation fee.
• No-shows will not receive a refund and would be required to pay a no show fee of 500 SEK.

4. Arrival and Participation

a. Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in reduced game time or cancellation without refund.

b. Participant Conduct: Participants must follow all instructions provided by our staff and adhere to the safety rules. We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves in a disruptive or unsafe manner without refund.

a. Assumption of Risk: By participating, you acknowledge that escape room activities involve elements of physical and mental challenge. You accept all risks associated with participation.
